Hours for Administrative Offices

Room 222 Elston Hall for: Student Affairs Offices  (to include:  Admissions, Financial Aid,  & Academic Advisement Center)
Room 212 Elston Hall for:  Registrar Office
Room 427 Elston Hall for: Testing Center
Room 517 Elston Hall for:  Business Office

Note:  Admissions is located in Stockade 120 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and moves to Elston 222 from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m.

All Offices within the College are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  In addition, various administrative offices*  are open throughout the academic year from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  on these dates:

November          Mondays and Thursdays only (November 3, 7, 10, 14, 17, 21, 28)  NOTE:  Not open Thanksgiving, Nov. 24
December           Mondays and Thursdays (December1, 5, 8, 12, 15, 19, 22)
There are no evening hours December 26-30, 2011.  The College will be open with limited services during the week.
January                Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,  and Thursday
February              Thursdays only ( February 2, 9, 16, 23)
March                   Thursdays only (March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29)
April                       Mondays and Thursdays (April 2, 5, 9, 12, 16, 19, 23, 26)
May                       Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,and Thursday

*Administrative Offices include:
Registrar’s Office,  Finance, Testing Center (also have additional evening hours), and
The Student Affairs Division will provide services in room 222 Elston Hall for the following offices: Financial Aid, Academic Advisement, and Admissions. 
 Please note:  Admissions Office functions will relocate to room 222E on these evenings.
