Hours for Administrative Offices

Room 222 Elston Hall for: Student Affairs Offices  (to include:  Admissions, Financial Aid,  & Academic Advisement Center)
Room 212 Elston Hall for:  Registrar Office
Room 427 Elston Hall for: Testing Center
Room 219 Elston Hall for:  Business Office

Note:  Admissions is located in Stockade 120 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and moves to Elston 222 from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m.

Summer Hours: M-Th. 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The College closes at 1 p.m. on Fridays in July and August.

All Offices within the College are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  In addition, various administrative offices*  are open throughout the academic year from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  on these dates:

July                       Thursdays only

August                  Mondays and Thursdays first two weeks (8/1 – 8/10)                                                       Mondays through Thursdays last 3 weeks (8/13 – 8/31)

*Administrative Offices include:
Registrar’s Office,  Finance, Testing Center (also have additional evening hours)

The Student Affairs Division will provide services in room 222 Elston Hall for the following offices: Financial Aid, Academic Advisement, and Admissions. 
 Please note:  Admissions Office functions will relocate to room 222E on these evenings.
