Enrollment Verification

An Enrollment Verification Form serves as documentation that a student is currently enrolled at the College as a full-time or part-time student. This form is frequently requested to prove enrollment for loan deferments, for employers, or for verifying student status to insurance companies.

There are three ways to request an enrollment verification form: in person, by fax, or by mail. For students requesting verification in person, we will immediately complete the enrollment form and return it to the student. The student or parent is responsible for returning it to the employer or insurer.

Please use the link below to our “Enrollment Verification Request Form” which you can print, fill in the necessary information, sign and then fax or mail to us. Employer or insurance company forms can also be submitted in person, by fax or by mail.


Stop by the Registrar's Office in Elston Hall, room 212, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Verifications are available immediately.
