Biography/Education

Tracey has over 12 years in hospitality sales and marketing experience, working at such properties as the Desmond Hotel in Albany, Sheraton Hotels in Virginia Beach, Mirror Lake Inn in Lake Placid and Hyatt Hotels in Chicago. Tracey holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Niagara University and a Masters in Service Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. She was an Assistant Professor of Hospitality & Restaurant Management at Paul Smith’s College for five years and is currently pursuing her PhD in Education, Specializing in Training and Professional Development. She is a member of Meeting Professional International and Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International and American Marketing Association.
