Information Technology Staff


Antoine Harrison, Chief Information Officer

Sharyn Becker, Educational Aide, has been with SCCC for 14 years and helps with various duties for the Information Technology Division.

Michael Dzikowski, Senior Technical Assistant, has served the College as a full-time Information Technology employee since 2002, as a part-time Information Technology employee between 1998 and 2002, as a part-time tutor since 1997 and as Faculty Advisor to the SCCC Spanish Club since 2007. He handles various tasks including server maintenance and support, systems integration, application management, user training and support, network support, along with various other duties. He holds an A.S. in Computer Science from Schenectady County Community College, a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Technology Management from SUNY Delhi and is currently working on an M.B.A. in Business and Technology Management with a concentration in Human Resources from SUNY IT.

Kimberly Emerson, Senior Technical Assistant, has been with SCCC since 1997. Kim handles IT Asset Inventory Management and Disposal, assists students, faculty, and staff with various queries and performs research and recommendations for technology solutions related to their needs.. She also assists with application knowledge of Office 365, with training faculty and staff on new systems and applications and with the daily operations, including helpdesk calls, voicemail and email. She installs, configures, and maintains desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals. Kim holds an A.A.S. in Computer Information Systems from SCCC.

Nancy M. Hall, Technical Assistant

Peter J. Houghton, Senior Technical Assistant, has been with SCCC since 1974. He handles a variety of tasks including event projection and audio support and student recital video recording, among his other duties. He is also involved in planning for the annual SUNY Technology Conference, coordinating the Sponsor Presentation track. Peter graduated with an A.A.S. from SUNY Alfred in Audiovisual Communications.

Eric Van Skiver, Network Specialist

Kevin G. Weatherhill, a Special Appointment working with Workforce Development, oversees and maintain PCs at the College's Albany HPOG sites. Kevin has completed the Cisco Academy courses and is attending Hudson Valley Community College for Network Administration.
