Emergency Medical Technician Staff

The SCCC EMS program has some of the most qualified EMS educators in the region. Our faculty has a wide array of experience in the field of emergency services. They are not only excellent educators, but they also have the field experience to go along with it. Our faculty works together to assure that all students are given the best education possible. Rick Conley, EMT-P
As a NYS Certified Instructor Coordinator Rick  is the primary instructor for the original certification EMT course. Rick has been involved in emergency services since 1978 in areas including fire, police, and commercial and volunteer EMS. In 1996 Rick received the EMS Instructor of the Year award from the Schenectady County EMS Council and he also received the EMS Instructor of the Year award from the Regional Emergency Medical Organization.
