WTC Image The Capital Region World Trade Center is a non-profit membership-based organization dedicated to assisting the region's companies with developing and expanding international commerce. Principal activities include trade information and assistance, promoting member products and services, and timely educational formats, including seminars, workshops and conferences.

The World Trade Center is owned by Schenectady County and operated by Schenectady County Community College.
