 Wendy
Blake has
been hired as a Case Manager for the Bridge and Tier I program through
the Continuing Education Division. Most recently she was employed by
the New York State Department of Labor as a Labor Services Representative
at the Schuyler County Job Obtainment and Basic Skills Program. She
has also served as Program Field Monitor for the Workforce Investment
Board's Youth Council in the Finger Lakes region. Wendy holds a B.S.
in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from Ball State University.

 Anita
Russo, CMP has joined the staff
as events coordinator. She brings over 15 years of experience in the
meeting industry producing conferences and special events for both corporations
and associations.Anita has recently returned from living in Atlanta, Georgia, where she worked for Lockheed Martin and the Georgia Manufactured Housing Association. Her positions in the Capital Region included editorial assistant for National Trade Publications, fundraiser for the March of Dimes, public relations officer for Key Bank and director of finance and meeting planning for the New York Health Plan Association. She received her bachelor's degree in Public Communications from the College of Saint Rose and her designation as a certified meeting professional from the Convention Industry Council.
