Shirlee Dufort has been hired in a temporary capacity as Coordinator of Evening and Alternative Programs through July 2005 to fill a vacancy left by Mary Clare O’Connor as she pursues doctoral studies. Shirlee has been an Adjunct Faculty Member at SCCC since
Fall 2003, teaching English and speech courses. She is an alumna of SCCC, having graduated in 1999 with an A.A. Degree in Humanities and Social Sciences, earning the special medal for highest GPA within that program. From SCCC she went on to earn her B.A. and M.A. Degrees in English from SUNY Albany. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the English Composition and Pedagogy Program at SUNY Albany.
