Congratulations to Professor Sandra Boynton on winning an NEH Institute grant to participate in "Shakespeare's Playhouses Inside and Out." This summer, Prof. Boynton will be heading down to Staunton, Virginia to participate with professors from colleges around the country to study stage play. According to Shenandoah Shakespeare Executive Director, Ralph Alan Cohen, "the daily schedule offers participants a mix of theory, practice, and product." Each day will consist of morning lectures, afternoon directing and staging, and evening shows. How could it get any better for a theatre afficionado? How about a week in London? The last week offers a similar schedule in London, England.
