New Faces in
Continuing Education





There are new faces in the Continuing Education Division this semester and we thank you for the many warm welcomes and the hospitality that have been extended to them as they settle into the College family:


Ferenc Veres Ferenc Veres has been hired as International Trade Services Specialist for the Capital Region World Trade Center. Previously, Ferenc was Director of Internet Marketing for Netting Internet Marketing, Inc., in Budapest, Hungary. He holds a B.S. Degree in International Business from Barry University in Florida and is a Certified Over-the-Counter Stock Dealer through the State Brokerage School of Budapest.


Sandra Gonzalez><font color= Sandra Gonzalez has been hired as Assistant for Continuing Education, overseeing the University in the High School program. Prior to joining SCCC, Sandy was Principal of a K-12 International School in the Dominican Republic for six years. She holds a B.S. Degree and M.S. Degree in Mass Communications from Mankato State University and an M.A. in Education from Framingham State University.


Winnell Jones Winnell Jones has joined the Bridge Program as our new Assistant Case Manager. She brings to our program her experience as a Case Manager/Resident Counselor at the Brooklyn Community Corrections Center, her experience as Site Director at the Capital District YMCA and her remarkable smile and cheerful demeanor.

Winnell most recently served as the Graduate Coordinator for the Save Africa from Aids Campaign. She holds both a B.A. Degree and a M.A. Degree in Africana Studies from the University at Albany.
