Professional Cooking for Children
- Come and join Chef Gail on a cooking and baking extravaganza and
learn to make items such as chocolate chip suprise cookies, lemony
braised chicken & vegetables, cripsy phyllo turkey sticks with
apricot dipping sauce, and much, much more.

Musical Theater Workshop for Children - Students will
perform
the musical play "Dr. Jekyll, Please Don't Hyde".

Beginning Piano - Students will have the opportunity to
learn to play the piano.
In
response to a growing need in the community, the Division of Continuing
Education will begin offering a new GED Prep program this Spring 2005
semester. The emphasis will be on assisting students with low reading
and math grade levels to build their basic reading, writing, and mathematic
skills in order to ultimately pass the GED exam.
