General Biology I

This course is the first semester of a one-year sequence presenting the fundamental principles common to all living systems at the molecular, unicellular and multicellular levels. This semester concentrates on topics in molecular and cellular biology, genetics, human reproduction, taxonomy and the diversity of life.
PR: Two years of high science within the past five years or BIO 111 and CHM 113 taken within the past two years.
