Professional Cooking for Teens

Young chefs ages 14-17 join chef Gail Sokol and learn to prepare vegetable summer rolls, turkey and olive empanadas, vegetarian strudel, double chocolate biscotti, and more. Proper measuring skills, sanitation, and kitchen science will be emphasized. Each young chef should bring an apron and wear closed-toed shoes.
