Hospitality/Food Industry Internship I
This course provides the Food Sales and Distribution, Hotel, Culinary Arts, and Travel and Tourism student the opportunity to participate in a planned, professional experience of "hands-on" fieldwork within selected business entities. The Hospitality/Food Industry internship will enable students to utilize their classroom experience in an industry setting through professional guidance in a college approved work environment. Students will be required to work a minimum number of hours for the semester, attend a weekly seminar and complete a final written report and observation forms.
