Business Organization and Management
This course offers students participatory academic sessions in a study of the managerial process and the social and economic forces of the global economy that influence a manager's role and decisions. Particular consideration is given to management roles which includes planning, staffing, organizing, leading, and controlling. The functional areas of finance, operations, human resources, marketing, and research and development are explored within an international framework. Ethical issues are discussed throughout the course.
