Interpersonal and Group Dynamics
This course examines interpersonal and group dynamics. Theories of leadership and groups are discussed and analyzed. The interview process will be emphasized and applied to individuals and groups. Stages of group development will be explained and practiced. The course introduces students to conflict resolution and problem solving techniques and skills. There is a particular emphasis on applying communication dynamics within a professional setting with groups and individuals. The course enables students to discuss, analyze, and develop their personal communication skills.
