SCCC considers all students as participating in NY Alert; however, participation is voluntary. If a student wishes not to participate in NY Alert OR wishes to add other contact information then the student must complete this form. Information provided to SUNY NY Alert is completely confidential and will not be used by SCCC or NY Alert for any other purpose.
