How do I make a writing appointment?

Find a convenient time in the Appointment Book and sign your name next to it.

How should I prepare for the

appointment?

Bring your textbook and any sources used to write the paper to the appointment. If the paper is longer than five pages, please prepare questions you would like to discuss with the tutor.

Are there any limitations on

appointments?

Appointments are limited to:

• 30 minutes, unless an extended session has been arranged beforehand;

• one session per day;

• one paper per appointment;

• appointment must be made at least one day in advance.

What do I do when I arrive

for the appointment?
