The Boucherie

Located in Elston Hall in the culinary arts wing, offering hand-crafted products produced in-house by our own garde manger students in the Culinary Arts program at SCCC. Choose from a variety of fresh sausages, smoked meats, charcuteries and homemade appetizers.

The Boucherie is open for the Fall 2014 semester!
Tuesday through Friday 11:30 a.m.-12: 30 p.m.


Open to the public.

Call Sandi Petronis, our reservation specialist, at (518) 381-1391. Reservations are taken for ALL meals beginning at 10:00 a.m. exactly two weeks in advance of the desired date that you would like to dine with us.
