The Boucherie

Located in Elston Hall in the culinary arts wing, offering hand-crafted products produced in-house by our own garde manger students in the Culinary Arts program at SCCC. Choose from a variety of fresh sausages, smoked meats, charcuteries and homemade appetizers.

The Boucherie is closed for the summer.
We'll see you in the fall.

Items available: Strip Steaks, Bone-In double cut Pork Chops, Canadian Bacon, Marinated Chicken Breasts, Pulled Pork and more.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
The Boucherie is open to the public.
