The Reservation Line for Spring 2016 Speical Events will open at 10 a.m. on
Monday, January 25, 2016.
The special events are produced by our Quantitative Foods class and Banquet Management class as part of the Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management programs. All events will take place in the historic Van Curler Ballroom, located in Elston Hall.
We invite you to bring wine to any of our Special Event Dining Buffets to enhance your meal. Corkage Fee $3 per bottle. We always practice responsible alcohol beverage service.
