American Culinary Federation Educational Institute Accredited      

       Schenectady is just one of five colleges in New York State that is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Educational Institute. The ACF provides Guidance and Knowledge from a National Network Of Chefs and Culinary Educators.  Schenectady County Community College must meet strict Educational and operational Guidelines to maintain it's certification.   The college also operates a Junior ACF Chapter for Students.  This affiliation makes SCCC graduates more valuable employment candidates.
