If you are using ILLiad for the first time, follow the instructions for creating an ILLiad account. If you have already created an account, on the ILLiad Main Menu window, choose "Request a Book" for any book(s) you want, or choose "Request a Photocopy" for any article(s) you want and fill out the appropriate fields (required fields are in red), scroll down and submit your request.
