Locating Materials in Begley Library

This guide has been prepared to help you locate books and audio-visual materials in Begley Library. The Library uses the Library of Congress Classification System. Each classified item is assigned a call number which consists of a letter-number combination based on its subject matter, followed by a letter-number combination for the specific author or title of the material. The call number is unique for each item; no two items in the Library have exactly the same call number.
