Individual Reference Consultation Request Form

Please read the following before requesting a reference consultation.

  • A Reference Librarian will contact you to verify your appointment date and time.

  • Please give at least 24 hours notice when requesting a consultation.
  • All fields are required except the field marked .
  • Students may sign up for 1/2 hour blocks of time.
  • Appointment times are 9:30-11:30 am and 2:00-4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
  • Special arrangements may be made for evening or Saturday appointments. Please contact one of our librarians to inquire about a special appointment.

Individual Reference Consultations are tailored to individual students' needs. Students may request assistance with a specific research assignment, learn about library resources, or get a tour of the library.
