Amanda Hagzan, Assistant for Online Learning

Amanda Hagzan is the Assistant for Online Learning and Multimedia Instructional Designer (MID) at SCCC. She works with instructors and students who use SCCC's online learning management system, ANGEL. Amanda offers individual training, group workshops and student orientation sessions throughout the year. She also serves as the point of contact for the SUNY Learning Network. Donald Drewecki, Multimedia Technician

Don Drewecki has been an evening audio-visual technician at SCCC since January 2003. He videotapes many of the college's student and guest artist concerts and recitals; handles downlinks for the Albany Med EMT training courses held monthly in Stockade building; locates CDs and vinyl titles for patrons; and various other A/V media duties. A freelance audio engineer, his live-concert recordings (from Troy Music Hall and Union College's Memorial Chapel) have aired on National Public Radio over 150 times. He is located on the second floor of the Begley Library, 221.

Peter Cameron, Multimedia Technician

Peter Cameron has been a Multimedia Technician in the ITC since 1996 (then known as the Media Center). He works Monday and Tuesday evenings. Peter has an Associate's Degree from SCCC (1982), a Bachelor's Degree from St. Rose (1985) and a Masters Degree from Empire State College (2001). He lives in Scotia and has 3 children. Peter comments that, "In the decade I've worked at the ITC, I have seen a major shift in the focus of our work. In 1996, a common evening would include delivering televisions and VCR's to classrooms, replacing light bulbs in Overhead and Carousel Projectors. From time to time we even set-up 16mm movies for classes. Today our focus has changed dramatically; although, we still are occasionally asked for an Overhead Projector." He is located on the second floor of the Begley Library, 221.
