Ask Us 24/7 is a service that lets you get help from the Library by using chat and co-browsing web sites.

When you submit a question, you will be placed in a queue and a reference librarian will respond as soon as possible.

Session Guidelines 

Please do not try to bookmark (add to favorites) or print anything during the session! 

If you try to bookmark during the session, you may be disconnected. Wait until after the session when you receive a list of live links. 

There are forward, back and refresh buttons within the Chat webpage frame that you can use.

If you must open a second browser, please use the Start Menu or a Shortcut, not <ctrl>N or File/New/Window or you will crash.
