How to Register for Classes at SCCC

- SCCC offers three summer sessions. Session III begins June 27.

- Registration for community education classes continues on a rolling basis.
Current Students Enrolled in a Degree or Certificate ProgramWe encourage continuing students to register via the web as early as possible for the best course selections. Matriculated students must meet with their advisor first (obtain your advisor PIN) before registering.
If you have previously taken courses at SCCC and know your 9-digit SCCC ID #, please click here.

Continuing Visiting Students
NOT Enrolled in a Degree or Certificate Program)
If the course for which you wish to register has a prerequisite which you meet but not with an SCCC course, please register in person and bring proof of meeting the prerequisite course(s).
New Students who wish to Enroll in a Degree or Certificate Program
To enroll, please call (518) 381-1366 or stop by the Admissions Office in the Stockade Building on the main campus or e-mail email@example.com or apply here. Once you are admitted, you will receive information about advisement and registration. Hours of Operation.
If you are a new non-matriculated student wishing to register for a class, please come to the Registrar's Office to complete and submit a registration form. If the course for which you wish to register has a prerequisite which you meet but not with an SCCC course, please bring proof of meeting the prerequisite course(s). New non-matriculated students may begin registering when General Registration begins.
New Visiting Students

Not Enroll in a Program)

If you have previously taken courses at SCCC, but have not been registered for more than a year, please register in person at the Registrar's Office and reactivate your status.
Auditing a Course
Auditing a course is offered on a space available basis in most courses. Online courses are available for audit only with the permission of the instructor. Students wishing to audit a course may come during the late registration period as indicated on the Academic Calendar. Auditors pay full tuition and fees.
State and County residents 60 years or older may register as a Senior Audit without a fee or tuition, only during the late registration period as indicated on the Academic Calendar, on a space available basis. Online courses are not available for Senior Audit. For more information regarding auditing, please contact the Registrar’s Office.
