22nd - SCCC CLASSES BEGIN

29th - US NAVY - 10AM -2PM, On-campus Information Table in Elston Hall Student Center (near security desk).

30th - HOSPITALITY CAREER EXPO - SCCC, Elston Hall (Van Curler and Lally Mohawk Rooms) from 10AM - 1PM.  35 businesses and professional organizations will be available to speak with students, alumni and the public about opportunities and industry trends. Representatives will also provide demonstrations and handouts highlighting career paths, internships and job opportunities.

30th - TIME WARNER CABLE JOB FAIR - from 10AM - 6PM at the Holiday Inn, 100 Nott Terrace, Schenectady, NY. Opportunities available for FT Inbound Sales Supervisors and Representatives. Over 300 current and future openings need to be filled related to Operators, Technicians, Health & Safety Offices, IT, Purchasing, Security and Cleaning & Maintenance. 4th - VECTOR MARKETING - 10AM - 1PM. Information table in the Elston Hall Student Center (near security). Seeking sales representatives.

5th - PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING - College Suites at Washington Square, 6-8PM - Learn how people effectively transition between their personal world of family, friends and neighborhood behaviors to the professional and public world of social interactions and proper etiquette.

5th - 7th AVON/MEDIA STAR PROMOTIONS - 10AM - 2PM.in the Elston Hall Student Center (near security desk). A representative will provide information on opportunities as an AVON representative.

6th - SMART MONEY MANAGEMENT TIPS - 11:20AM - 12:20PM in Stockade Building, Room 102. Open to the public. Presented by representatives from Berkshire Bank.

6th - US ARMY - 10AM - 1PM Information table in the Elston Hall Student Center (near security).

13th - RPI CAREER FAIR - 11AM - 3PM. NOTE: Non-RPI students or alumni may need prior approval to attend. Contact the Career Office by visiting the link.

13th - CIVIL SERVICE EXAM PREP - 6pm. For those taking exam targeted to Corrections Accounting Clerk, Accounting Clerk Typist and Library Clerk. See link for information.

14th - VETERANS JOB FAIR - 10AM to 3PM, Albany Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY

19th - SIENA'S CAREER, INTERNSHIP & GRADUATE SCHOOL FAIR - 3-6PM and will be held in the ARC (Alumni Recreation Center). Local college students can attend and are not required to register in advance. Click link for more information.

20th - SCCC TRANSFER FAIR - 11AM - 1PM in the Elston Hall Student Center (near security desk/lounge). 20+ colleges and universities will be seeking to speak with students about their transfer plans in order to provide up to date information on new academic programs, application processes and deadlines, and scholarship information.
