For more information: www.timesunion.com/jobfair 24th - Classes Begin FEBRUARY 1st - HOSPITALITY CAREER EXPO - SCCC, Elston Hall (Van Curler and Lally Mohawk Rooms) from 10AM - 1PM. 35 businesses and professional organizations will be available to speak with students, alumni and the public about opportunities and industry trends. Representatives will also provide demonstrations and handouts highlighting career paths, internships and job opportunities. 2nd - SPEED INTERVIEWING (for Northeast Parent & Child Society candidates) - Lally Mohawk Room MARCH 4th-6th - INTERNATIONAL RESTAURANT & FOOD SERVICE SHOW - Jacob Javits Convention Center, New York, NY. Register by February 3rd for reduced rates. 7th - SCCC TRANSFER FAIR - 11AM - 1PM in the Elston Hall Student Center (near security desk/lounge). 20+ colleges and universities will be seeking to speak with students about their transfer plans in order to provide up to date information on new academic programs, application processes and deadlines, and scholarship information. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. 8th - PUBLIC SERVICE CAREER EXPO - SCCC, Elston Hall (Van Curler and Lally Mohawk Rooms) from 10AM - 1PM. 30 agencies and professional organizations will be available to speak with students, alumni and the public about opportunities and industry trends.
