27th - US CENSUS BUREAU recruiting for Census Takers and Supervisors / 10am - 2pm, SCCC Elston Hall Student Center
Greg Goutos will be available with information about PT positions with the Census Bureau. Census taker jobs have flexible hours and you'll work close to home. Pay is $11 - $18.75/hr depending on job.

FEBRUARY

4th – HAMPTON INN & SUITES/Saratoga Springs – 10am – 2pm, Elston Hall Student Center. Nancy Langford will be available to speak with students regarding summer and year round employment opportunities.

5th - PRIMERICA – 10am – 2pm, Elston Hall Student Center. Carol Holloway will be available to share information about their part-time opportunity.  Work around your schedule, you set your own hours and compensation.  Training provided.

5th - COXSACKIE CORRECTIONAL FACILITY – 10am – 2pm, Elston Hall Student Center. Officer Huff will be available to share information relating the Corrections Officer Exam being held on April 4, 2009

5th - WALT DISNEY WORLD - CULINARY TEAM VISIT & RECRUITMENT - Culinary Presentation at 10am - Van Curler Room, Interviews to follow. Executive Chefs from Walt Disney World will be giving a culinary demonstration to culinary students and staff. Afterwards, they will speak with students who seek to work or intern in one of the restaurants within the resort. For more information, speak with Chef Payne at 381-1216

5th - THE MAZZOLLI GROUP - 10am - 2pm, Elston Hall Student Center. Jeanette Bowers will be available to speak with students regarding culinary and hospitality careers and employment opportunities related to restaurant, catering and lodging operations.

5th - BAR HARBOR INN - 10am - 2pm, Elston Hall Student Center
A representative will be available to speak with candidates regarding employment opportunities at Bar Harbor's premier oceanfront resort and spa located on Mount Desert Island, next to Acadia National Park in Maine.

5th, 11th, 19th - US CENSUS RECRUITMENT - will be conducting testing activities at the Schenectady County One Stop Center, 797 Broadway, Schenectady, NY at 10:00 am on the following dates: Thursday, February 5, 2009; Wednesday, February 11, 2009; Thursday, February 19, 2009 and Thursday, February 26, 2009. Candidates must apply prior to the Schenectady testing dates. The pay is good, ($11.00 - $18.75, depending upon the job), the hours are flexible, and the work is close to home.
