Crime Statistics Availability Statement (Clery Statement)

In accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (1998), Schenectady County Community College annually provides information relating to campus crime statistics and security measures to the U.S. Department of Education. A copy of SUNY Schenectady’s statistics, as reported annually to the U.S. Department of Education, will be provided upon request by the Office of Planning and Development, Elston Hall, Room 120, and can be obtained electronically from the U. S. Department of Education Website at http://ope.ed.gov/security/ .
