How to Access Your Student Records

These instructions are all for accessing records available within the MySCCC Student Portal. 

  1. Go to My SCCC 
  2. Enter your SUNY Schenectady Student Email address (this is the first letter of your first name, the first letter of your last name, and your student ID number not including 900 @live.sunysccc.edu)
  3. Enter your SUNY Schenectady Username and Password (Having issues logging in or unsure of your information? Please email ITHelpdesk.tdx@sunysccc.edu for assistance)
  4. Select Banner Self Service (left side) 
  5. Navigate to the four boxes in the upper left corner, click these boxes 
  6. Click Banner 
  7. Financial Aid for Current Students 
  8. Financial Aid Home  
  9. If you want to accept or decline a student loan you need to go to the Offer Tab 

  1. Go to My SCCC 
  2. Enter your SUNY Schenectady Student Email address (this is the first letter of your first name, the first letter of your last name, and your student ID number not including 900 @live.sunysccc.edu)
  3. Enter your SUNY Schenectady Username and Password (Having issues logging in or unsure of your information? Please email ITHelpdesk.tdx@sunysccc.edu for assistance)
  4. Select Banner Self Service (left side) 
  5. Navigate to the four boxes in the upper left corner, click these boxes 
  6. Click Banner 
  7. Financial Aid for Current Students
  8. Financial Aid Home  
  9. Review Unsatisfied Requirements  

  1. Go to My SCCC 
  2. Enter your SUNY Schenectady Student Email address (this is the first letter of your first name, the first letter of your last name, and your student ID number not including 900 @live.sunysccc.edu)
  3. Enter your SUNY Schenectady Username and Password (Having issues logging in or unsure of your information? Please email ITHelpdesk.tdx@sunysccc.edu for assistance)
  4. Select Banner Self Service (left side)
  5. Navigate to the four boxes in the upper left corner, click these boxes
  6. Click Banner
  7. Select Student Menu
  8. Select Student Profile
  9. Select Account Detail for Term
  10. Choose Term from the Drop Down Menu
  11. Pay Now (Right Corner)

  3. Enter your SUNY Schenectady Username and Password (Having issues logging in or unsure of your information? Please email ITHelpdesk.tdx@sunysccc.edu for assistance)
  4. Select Banner Self Service (left side)
  5. Navigate to the four boxes in the upper left corner, click these boxes
  6. Click Banner
  7. Select Student Menu
  8. Select Confirm Attendance and Accept Classes
  9. Click Submit
