Cannabis Education - Learn more about cultivating cannabis for personal or professional use. New for 2024, the Culinary Cannabis Microcredential.

Community Archaeology – Interested in archaeology for personal enjoyment or as a way to volunteer? Explore this exciting topic by enrolling in a variety of individual courses or work toward a Certificate of Proficiency in Archaeology by completing six courses and acquiring 60 hours of lab and fieldwork.

Computer Software – Want to learn more about the software programs on your home computer? Take courses in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and more.

Culinary – Let a professional teach you to bake bread, croissants and pizza or sharpen your cake decorating skills. Learn about wine, beer and much more! We’ll help you impress your family and friends with your new culinary skills.

Offerings include a wide selection of personal enrichment courses with the flexibility and convenience to study whenever and wherever you choose, making it easy to learn even with a busy schedule. Wellness and Fitness – Looking to get fit and healthy or balance your life? Check out our offerings such as horseback riding, Aikido, Iaido, yoga, belly dancing, self-defense and much more.

Introduction to Craft Brewing – Are you passionate about craft beer? Shmaltz Brewing Company, Saranac, Adirondack Brewing and Rare Form have teamed up to offer a brewing skills course through classroom instruction and hands-on lab experiences hosted by area breweries. High School Equivalency (GED)/ESOL – We partner with the Capital Region BOCES and Washington Irving Educational Center to offer GED courses and the College offers English for Speakers of Other Languages courses. Join us to improve your skills!
